Regulations of the online store www.enelviento.pl
1. General provisions
1.1. The online store www.enelviento.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is operated by:
Klaudia and Niko, operating under the name "Boho Kramik en el viento" as part of an unregistered activity.
1.2. The Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements and complaint procedures.

2. Offer and orders
2.1. The store offers handmade jewelry made from natural materials such as gemstones, pearls and leek.
2.2. All products available in the Store are new, free from physical and legal defects.
2.3. The Customer may place orders via the Store's website by selecting products, adding them to the basket and completing the order form.
2.4. Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
3. Payments
3.1. The following payment methods are available in the Store:

bank transfer to the indicated account,

online payments via an operator [e.g. PayU, Przelewy24],

cash on delivery (if applicable).
3.2. Payment must be made within [e.g. 7 days] of placing the order.
3.3. If payment is not made within the specified time, the order may be canceled.
4. Delivery
4.1. Products are shipped within Poland and abroad (details on international delivery can be found on the Store's website).
4.2. Orders are processed within [e.g. 3-5 business days] from the moment the payment is received.
4.3. Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method and are provided when placing the order.
4.4. In the event of delays in order fulfillment, the Customer will be informed.
5. Returns and complaints
5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
5.2. In order to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should send a statement to the e-mail address Enelviento@gmail.com or by post to the address Dziekanowice, ul. B1 nr 102, 32-066.
5.3. The product must be returned in its unaltered state, unless the alteration was necessary within the limits of normal use.
5.4. The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.
5.5. Complaints regarding product defects should be reported to the e-mail address Enelviento@gmail.com together with a description of the defect and photographic documentation.
5.6. Complaints are considered within [e.g. 14 days] of their receipt.
6. Protection of personal data
6.1. The administrator of the Client's personal data is Klaudia i Niko, conducting unregistered business under the name "Boho Kramik en el viento".
6.2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and customer service in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Store's website.
6.3. The Customer has the right to view his/her data, correct it and request its deletion.
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the Store's website.
7.2. The Store reserves the right to change the Regulations, but the changes do not affect the Customer's rights acquired before the changes were introduced.
7.3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
